With no set format, you have the freedom to personalise every detail and the option to enjoy the estate for several days.

Every wedding at Hacienda Alfacara is different. The estate offers a special setting for an authentic, elegant celebration made entirely your own.

You will not find traditional wedding packages here. We provide the estate’s spaces and facilities, while you are free to choose the catering, décor, music, photography, wedding planner and other suppliers for your celebration.

Extra beds are available on request in all our villas. The number depends on the layout and available space in each villa, so every request is assessed individually. The supplement is €100 per bed, per stay, regardless of the number of nights. Prior confirmation is required.

Before you make plans

Can we plan a completely personalised wedding?

Yes. Hacienda Alfacara provides its spaces and facilities so each couple can design their celebration around their own preferences and choose their suppliers freely.

Is there a maximum number of guests?

Capacity is assessed individually for each celebration, according to the guest count, event format and spaces to be used.

Can we hire our own caterer and wedding planner?

Yes. You are free to choose external suppliers. If you need recommendations, we can suggest local professionals.

Can we celebrate a wedding over several days?

You can plan a celebration over several days, combining the event with a stay in the villas, subject to availability and booking terms.

Can we hold an event simply by booking a villa?

Not automatically. Events must be discussed in advance, with spaces, terms and services confirmed separately. An accommodation booking does not include use of the whole estate for celebrations.

Is accommodation required when booking an event?

Venue hire and accommodation terms are agreed in a personalised proposal for each celebration.

How many guests can stay at Hacienda Alfacara?

The three villas currently accommodate 24 guests as standard. With Villa Vista, planned to open in 2027, the expected standard accommodation capacity will be 34 guests. Potential capacity with extra beds may reach 48, subject to request, assessment and confirmation. These are projections for 2027, not current availability. Extra beds are available on request in all our villas. The number depends on the layout and available space in each villa, so every request is assessed individually. The supplement is €100 per bed, per stay, regardless of the number of nights. Prior confirmation is required.
